Indigenous Remote Communications Association (IRCA) are saddened to hear of the passing of our Board member Annette Victor. Annette was on the IRCA Board dependably from 2007 –2011 holding the position of Treasurer and from 2013 up until her untimely passing. The Indigenous Remote Communications Association has been asked to expand from its current role as a peak body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander media and communications in remote Australia to become a national peak body from July 2016.
