The National Indigenous Music Awards were broadcast live nationally by TEABBA Radio. There were some great performances by B2M, Blekbala Mujik, Gurrumul and East Journey. You can listen to the full five and half hour broadcast here. PAW Radio broadcasted during Yuendumu Sports Weekend. The IRCA Board is pleased to announce they are now accepting applications for Associate Membership following ORIC's approval of changes to the IRCA rule book. IRCA now has two levels of membership. IRCA held meetings this week with Board Members and RIMO Managers and Staff in Alice Springs. Representatives of all eight Remote Indigenous Media Organisations were in attendance (QRAM, TSIMA, PAW Media, PY Media, NG Media, TEABBA and PAKAM). The IRCA Board are also undertaking further governance training and strategic planning over the next few days.
