Change of wording to Section 5.2 on page 11: A director must be:
• Replace “a member” with “an Ordinary Member”

Note: To be eligible to vote and speak at the AGM, you must be an IRCA Ordinary member. Associate members can attend but not vote.
New membership applications received by 11th September 2015 will be considered for approval by the IRCA Board prior to the AGM. Membership applications received after that date will not be considered until after the AGM.
