Jen is a proud Ait woman from the Koedal (crocodile) clan from Saibai Island in the Torres Strait. She works as a Senior Broadcaster (RIBS and Special Projects) at Torres Strait Islander Media Association (4MW). Jen has worked in the industry for over 30 years. She has been part of IRCA's journey as a Director from 2010 to 2013 and served as the Deputy Chair of the Board at that time. Jen has also been the Treasurer of the ICTV Board.
